Absolute Staffers LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Radiology Technician to join our team for placement at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Danbury in Danbury, CT. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Radiologic Technologist services, professional in nature, in a method commensurate with the local community and in accordance with JC standards and BOP policy.
- Maintenance of x-ray services performed on the machines, daily maintenance of equipment, perform x-rays as ordered by provides in given timeframes, inform COR of all information pertaining to the services rendered, i.e., x-rays obtained, and reporting any problems arising in regard to x-ray services to the COR or his designee
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician in a clinical, hospital, or correctional facility setting.
Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Radiology Technician training program.
- Active Radiology Technician Registration in the state of Connecticut.
- CPR Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive federal background check, including fingerprinting and drug screening.
Schedule & Benefits
- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., including a 30-minute non-paid lunch.
